(Bannockburn, Illinois –) Mark E. Augustyn and James A. Brucato, owners of Principle Construction Corp., are pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete an 80,707 square foot tenant improvement project for DPI Specialty Foods located at 6800 Santa Fe Drive in Hodgkins, Illinois.
Principle was selected to build out 3,865 square feet of office space, 20,700 square feet of freezer space with 26’ ceiling height, add 35,136 square feet of ambient storage, 5,746 square feet of cool dock and reconstruct 15,260 square feet of cooler space.
