James A. Brucato

President

Co-founder of Principle Construction Corp., a design/build general contracting firm located in Bannockburn, Illinois. As President and Secretary, James has the responsibility of overseeing and managing many of the companies' functions and providing overall leadership for the growth and development of the organization. Specifically, he oversees and manages the companies' sales, marketing, office operations, personnel, document control and historic record control.

Prior to founding Principle Construction Corp., James served as Vice President at McShane Construction Corporation, where he was instrumental in the growth of the organization from a local $25M per year Design/Build contractor to a national $250M per year Design/Build and Real Estate Development Company. He also served as a resident Engineer at IDOT. Throughout James' extensive career, he was responsible for over 5,000,000 square feet of design/build office, manufacturing, distribution, food processing and laboratory projects, exceeding $250M to their completion.
