It was a great day for Principle Construction Corp. and Transwestern brokers.
Mark Augustyn, Chief Operating Officer hosted an educational day with some of the brokers of Transwestern at our job site and construction trailer in Buffalo Grove. Mark spoke to the young brokers and gave them an in depth education about the process of partnership between construction / design build showcasing ways to do more successful deals.
"Our property was a virtual dumping ground and as a result we found some serious environmental issues later in the process. We were pleased with the work Principle did to guide us through a precarious process of clearing all the hurdles to clean up the property. We were also impressed with the sensitivity and respect the Principle staff showed towards the spiritual nature of our church building."
